Thank you for re-electing me to be your District Court Judge for Department 23!  I want to thank everyone who worked so diligently on my re-election campaign in 2014, and I especially want to thank all the fine people in Clark County for your support, and for continuing to place your trust and confidence in me, to serve as your District Court Judge for Department 23.  Thank you!!!

 

Mission Statement

Building on my eighteen years experience performing civil and criminal law in the Las Vegas Valley, and as the current presiding Civil/Criminal Judge for Department 23, my paramount mission, commitment, and promise to you, is to continue fulfilling the solemn oath I made when I took my seat on the Bench in 2005, first, as Family Court Judge, then as the current sitting District Court Judge for Department 23, serving your public safety concerns and needs, and those of our greater Las Vegas Community.

The Honorable Stefany A. Miley serves as a judge in the Eighth Judicial District Court of Clark County. After winning a contested primary and general election, Judge Miley was elected to District Court, Family Division in November 2004 and took the bench in January 2005.
